Complaints

I am tired of being let down. Simple things in life should not be so very hard to attain.
Decent friendships, for one. I mean, how many assholes can there possibly be in one town?
Or is it me? Maybe it is.

I find myself engaged in conversations that make me want to groan loudly. It is as though there is two people; the plastic version of me who talks about pointless matters, and the real me. The shy, cautious, nervous wreck who pretends to be this loud obnoxious bitch.

Is it so horrible that I'd rather read Edgar Allan Poe than watch Home and Away?
Is it so 'weird' that Jay Z and Ke$ha, to me, have no musical talent?
If so, I am screwed.

I can't stand most of the people who I associate myself with. Most of them seem rather boorish and annoying. So what am I to do?
a) Stop complaining and keep up the facade.
or
b) Tell everyone who is annoying to get the fuck away from me?

I am such a hopeless teenager. Ugh.
